Tender Description
The City of Boroondara invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to form a panel of providers for the provision of Home and Community Care (HACC) services throughout the Municipality. Services include Home Care, Personal Care and Respite Care. The services will commence 1 July 2015 for an initial term of one year.
Tender closes 4pm, Tuesday, 24 February 2015.
