Tender Description
The Department of Justice and Attorney-General (DJAG) through Queensland Corrective Services (QCS) has commenced a two stage procurement process to identify and engage with a Recruitment and Selection (R&S) service provider, mature enough to develop, implement and manage end to end R&S services for base grade:
(a) Probation and Parole Officers (degree qualified)
(b) Custodial Officers (not degree qualified) and
(c) A04 Community Probabtion Service Officers (not degree qualified)
This is a two staged procurement process. No offerors may proceed to Stage 2 Invitation to Offer (ITO) without having met the selection criteria for Stage 1 RFP.
