Construction of Footpath and Associated Works as part of Springvale Road Principle Pedestrian Network(PPN)

The works include the construction of a footpath on the west side of Springvale Road between Leslie Street and Serpells Terrace. The project will also include an upgrade of the existing bus stop at the corner of Leslie Street and Springvale Road, to assist pedestrian access to public transport within the vicinity. The proposed PPN works will also provide improved access for pedestrians to local amenities such as Our Lady of the Pines Primary School, Dellview play space and bus services along Springvale Road.

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.
