⁠⁠⁠Procurement Australia, on behalf of its members, Local Government, Local Government Libraries, Library Corporations, Statutory Authorities, Not-for-Profit Organisations, Private Organisations and Tertiary Educational Institutions within Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Tasmania as listed in the tender documents, invites tenders for the following contract: 1802/0104 - Retail Supply of Fuels.
Procurement Australia is acting as tendering agent for: Ararat Rural City Council, Baw Baw Shire Council, Berrigan Shire Council, Campbelltown City Council, Central Goldfields Shire Council, Cessnock City Council, City Of Darebin, City Of Greater Geelong, East Gippsland Water, Federation Training, Gannawarra Shire Council, Glen Eira City Council, Goulburn Ovens Institute Of TAFE, Gundagai Shire Council, Hobsons Bay City Council, Horsham Rural City Council, Lighthouse Foundation, Loddon Shire, Macedon Ranges Shire Council, Manningham City Council, Mitchell Shire Council, Moorabool Shire Council, Murray Shire, Murrindindi Shire Council, Nillumbik Shire Council, Shire Of Campaspe, Southern Metro Cemetery Trust, Southern Rural Water, South Gippsland Water, Tatiara District Council, West Gippsland Regional Library Corporation, West Wimmera Shire Council, Whitehorse Manningham Regional Library Corporation, Wodonga City Council, Wodonga Institute Of TAFE And Yarriambiack Shire Council.
 

The purpose of this tender is to provide a sole or panel of suppliers for supply of retail fuels and fuel card transaction facilities for the purchase of fuels including diesel, petrols, LPG and biofuels for a contract period of three (3) years, commencing 1 April 2015 with two (2) one (1) year options to extend. Responses may be submitted by retail fuel suppliers or from fuel card solution suppliers who are capable of providing one of both of the following:

• Single branded fuel cards which may be accepted at a single tenderer's retail outlets
• Multi-branded fuel cards which may be accepted at various retail outlets.

Upon the establishment of the supplier/s, all Procurement Australia members will be able to purchase the contracted fuels through this arrangement.
