Tender Description
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of a wash bay and associated water treatment.
The contract is divided into two separable portions as stated below:
Separable Portion A: Supply and installation of a 10m x 9.3m covered wash bay steel structure on a reinforced concrete slab and pier footing. The proposed structure will have a water treatment system (sump, pump out and silt arrestor pit) connected to an existing sewerage pit.
Separable Portion B: Supply and installation of a sewer connection, potable water supply, 2x65mm dia electrical conduits with draw wire and an electrical draw pits.
The site is located at Kelso Tip Bransgrove Road, Panania 2213 UBD Ref Map 270 N13.
A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request as well as drawings and specifications separately attached.
Council’s priority is to deliver separable portion A. Separable portion B is reliant on the lump sum prices submitted and should it proceed it is to be carried out by the successful tenderer for the combined separable portions.
