⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the provision of a quality assured contract for Streetscape Works. Mountain Gate Shopping Centre, Ferntree Gully involving the following:

* Removal of grassed areas (285 sqm),
* Exposed aggregate reinforced concrete (1245 sqm),
* Plain reinforced concrete (1860 sqm),
* Gravel pavement (165 sqm),
* Pram crossing (36 m),
* Synthetic turf Paving (151 sqm),
* 450mm high freestanding walls (22 m),
* 350mm high freestanding walls (12 m),
* Concrete retaining wall (42 m),
* Imported topsoil (91cum),
* Instant turf (910 sqm),
* Garden beds (575 sqm),
* 140mm pot plants (2064 No),
* 200 litre trees (14 No),
* Drainage pits (9 No),
* 225mm diameter RCP (9 m),
* Electrical conduits (815 m),
* Pedestrian lighting poles (19 No),
* Electrical cable (500 m),
* Concrete sealing (3155 sqm),
* Street furniture and associated works.

Tenderers for this project should be prequalified with the Civil Contractors Federation or Council approved equivalent.

Tenderers should note that construction works must not commence before 7 April 2015 and must reach practical completion by 27 November 2015.

A compulsory pre-tender meeting will be held at the Knox City Council Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway. Wantirna South, Conference Room 1 at 4.00pm, Wednesday, 4 February 2015.

Tender forms and specification will be available after Thursday 29 January 2015 for a non refundable cost of $75.00 at our Customer Service Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South.
