The work under the contract consists of building repairs and maintenance to Council assets within the Municipality including Civic Centre, Darwin Entertainment Centre, Operations Centre, Libraries, China Town & Westlane Arcade shops, Child Care Centres, Public Swimming Pools, Community Halls, Animal Shelter, Commercial Properties, and Sporting Facilities as directed by staff.
