Cleaning Services at the Casuarina, Palmerston and Waterfront Campuses

⁠⁠⁠The University is seeking offers from reliable and suitably qualified respondents to provide cleaning services at the Casuarina, Palmerston and Waterfront campuses. The services provided under the contract comprise cleaning of classrooms, scientific laboratories, lecture and administration rooms, offices, toilets, student and staff accommodation areas, and internal and external (where applicable) areas of the premises.

The University wishes to engage a service provider who will provide a cost effective solution whilst maintaining a high standard of cleaning.

* Tender Line 2 Palmerston
* Tender Line 3 Waterfront

The University will consider offers for any or all tender line items and reserves the right to accept offers for any or all tender line items on the same basis.

Mandatory Briefing Session and Site Inspection - A briefing session and site inspection will be held commencing 9:00 am Tuesday February 3rd at Building Orange 8 Casuarina Campus.

The briefing and site inspection is expected to run over 2 days and attendance is a MANDATORY requirement for all tenderers.

The number of attendees per prospective tenderer is restricted to 2 persons.
