VicRoads is seeking expressions of interest from appropriately experienced providers, with suitably skilled personnel to be short listed to Design and Construct the widening of Moreland Street to provide an upgraded connection to Footscray Road, and the widening and strengthening of Shepherd Bridge for the West Gate Distributor - Northern Section.
Tenders will be invited from a short list of providers who will be selected on the basis of information provided in this expression of interest process.
Only Contractors pre-qualified under the VicRoads Pre-qualification Scheme at the following levels or above will be eligible to submit an Expression of Interest:
* Road Construction R4
* Bridge Construction B3
* Financial Level F50
Any joint venture arrangements must be pre-qualified with VicRoads as joint ventures at the time of submission of the Expression of Interest.
