Tender Description
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the design and construction of sportground floodlights at Beauchamp Park, Chatswood and Castle Cove Park, Castle Cove. Work will include the removal of existing floodlighting infrastructure at Beauchamp Park and the design, supply and installation of new sportsground floodlighting and associated electrical works for both parks, according to the specifications provided.

A pre-tender meeting for the project will start at Castle Cove Park Pavilion, Holly Street, Castle Cove commencing at 10:00am on Wednesday 28 January 2015 and conclude at Beauchamp Park Pavilion, Nicholson Street, Chatswood. All prospective Tenderers are invited to attend the pre-tender meeting.
Tenders are to be submitted at www.tenderlink.com/nsroc OR, in a sealed envelope endorsed: "The General Manager Tender for Beauchamp Park and Castle Cove Park Sportsground Floodlighting Installation and Upgrade Works - 084705" Or shall be placed in the Tender Box located on Level 4, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood so as to be received in full prior to 11:00am, Wednesday 11 February 2015. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
