⁠⁠⁠Victoria University wishes to evaluate the market in respect of the provision to it of financial institution services for all VU banking and finance operations. The purpose of this Invitation for Pre-Qualification to receive the Request for Proposal (Invitation) is to short-list respondents who will then be provided with access to the RFP.
