Expression of Interest for Independent Chair Audit and Risk Management Committee

⁠⁠⁠The Audit and Risk Management Committee (ARMC) is one of several standing executive committees within the Department of Justice & Regulation (department). The ARMC currently consists of nine members, four of whom are independent of the department’s management.

The department is seeking to fill the position of Independent Chair that becomes vacant in April 2015 and is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers.

The supplier will act as an independent member and Chair on the ARMC for a period of three years (36 months).

The supplier will attend scheduled ARMC meetings, to assist the ARMC to undertake its duties as outlined in this document and the ARMC Charter (the Charter).
