Tender Description
The construction of the Ravenhall Prison PPP prisoner accommodation, support facilities and site infrastructure will be managed by discrete project teams, delivering buildings grouped by like end use functionality. Each construction team will produce significant quantities of waste to be disposed of offsite; it is a project requirement that at least 80% is recycled.
The subcontract package includes up to 30 skip bin changeovers per week, at peak construction, over the contract duration of 2.5 years.
