Tender Description
The construction of the Ravenhall Prison PPP prisoner accommodation, support facilities and site infrastructure will require significant number workers (Up to 650 workers at peak construction). A temporary site caf will provide take-away food and drinks. The Subcontractor will be required to provide catering to the temporary site caf for the duration of the project.
The Subcontractor must comply with relevant food preparation and licence registration requirements, including but not limited to, the Food Act 1984, all relevant Australian Standards, all local council Food Safety Program requirements.
