Expressions of Interest from Building Contractors Invited: Tenders are to be called for the redevelopment of the Middle School and Arts Departments at St. Patrick's College, located at 282 Westbury Road, Prospect. The building works are anticipated to commence in April 2015 and are to be completed by mid January 2016.
Cmk architects are seeking registrations of interest from suitable building contractors for the construction of these facilities and associated site works. Tenderers are required to demonstrate previous project capability for projects $3.5M - $5M in value.
It is anticipated that tenders will be called for this project in late January 2015.
