Tender Description
The construction of the Ravenhall Prison PPP prisoner accommodation, support facilities and site infrastructure will be managed by discrete project teams, delivering buildings grouped by like end use functionality.
The scope of work for the Civil Works is divided into 2 parts and will be awarded separately - this is an EOI for the Completion Works. For the Early Works please see 'Civil Works - Early Works'.
Civil Works - Completion Works
1) Balance of bulk earthworks (over 5,000m3)
2) Concrete to pavements (over 10,000m2), sterile zone, paths, kerbs, guardrails
3) Asphalt to roads and car park (over 30,000m2)
4) Final Swales
5) Combined & distribution service trenches
6) Light pole bases
7) Final shaping
It is expected that work associated with this package will commence in Early 2015.
