Tender Description
The construction of the Ravenhall Prison PPP prisoner accommodation, support facilities and site infrastructure will be managed by discrete project teams, delivering buildings grouped by like end use functionality.
The blockwork/brickwork package includes construction of internal and external walls, feature walls and plant rooms. The contractor will be responsible for supply and install of hollow and solid core blocks, structural bar and wire reinforcement, fire rated sealants, mortar and concrete infill, pointing, penetrations and the like to correctional standards.
The subcontract sizes for supply and installation, measured by total square metres of blockwork, range from approx. 2,500m to 31,500m.
It is expected that work associated with this package will commence on site Mid 2015.
