Tender Description
The construction of the Ravenhall Prison PPP prisoner accommodation, support facilities and site infrastructure will be managed by discrete project teams, delivering buildings grouped by like end-use functionality.
The concrete trade package comprises footing system, ground slab and suspended slab construction including all associated detailed excavation, ground and slab preparation, formwork, steel reinforcement fix, concrete placement and pumping, jointing, slab grinding and sealing and external concrete works.
The subcontract sizes for supply and install, measured by total cubic metres of concrete, range from 2,500m3 to 12,500m3.
It is expected that work associated with this package will commence in Mid 2015.
