Tender Description
The construction of the Ravenhall Prison PPP prisoner accommodation, support facilities and site infrastructure will be managed by discrete project teams, delivering buildings grouped by like end use functionality.
The pre-cast concrete panel package includes supply and installation of panels for prisoner accommodation partition walls, transfloors and external thermomass walls.
The subcontract package is to include all shop drawing, formwork, casting beds, reinforcement, concrete supply, off-site storage, cast-in items, grouting, propping, craneage and the like to correctional standards.
The subcontract sizes for supply and installation, measured by total square metre of panels, range from approx. 5,000m to 42,500m.
Work for this package is expected to commence on site Mid 2015.
