Tender Description
The Master Plans will integrate a range of existing and imminent policy and planning documents into a comprehensive statement of infrastructure development that will drive economic growth by:
a. Addressing the condition, capacity and capability of the existing social and enabling infrastructure across the regions
b. Identifying existing gaps within infrastructure needs, and developing future demand scenarios, for industry and local government specific to, and across, regions
c. Identifying any emerging infrastructure developments that can be leveraged from within the region or traverses the region
d. Examining change control opportunities for infrastructure that reflects changing demand needs (and where relevant projected population decline)
e. Providing a stimulus for underpinning economic growth across the Orana and Far West regions
f. Identifying and prioritising individual projects and/or suites of projects that will provide greatest economic return for the region and for NSW
g. Identifying a range of future policies and strategies that periodically review and refresh the Master Plans.
