The Victorian Government invites suitably qualified consortia to submit an expression of interest to design, construct, finance and maintain 13 new schools in Melbourne’s metropolitan and regional growth areas through the New Schools Public Private Partnership (PPP) Project.

The Victorian Government has committed a capital investment of $223 million to maximise opportunities for Victoria’s young people and provide educational choices for families in fast growing communities. This investment will facilitate access to safe and inclusive learning environments for all students and alignment with complementary community services.

The State is seeking to deliver high quality and innovative infrastructure, maximise value for money and provide responsive maintenance support to principals and teachers over the life of the project.

The closing date for the lodgement of expressions of interest is 2pm on Thursday 13th November 2014.
