Tender Description
Hobsons Bay City Council prepared and endorsed the Laverton Park/ AB Shaw Master Plan in 2009. The redevelopment of the sports ground with irrigation system at AB Shaw Reserve #2 was listed as a project to be undertaken.
The redevelopment and upgrade works will include:
* Expansion of the existing playing surface, improved surface levels and drainage to create an oval compliant for senior sports
* New “Four wicket” turf table
* New automated irrigation system operating under council’s central control system.
Water supplied to this oval is accessed by a new stormwater irrigation system.
A specification and design for the redevelopment works has been prepared and approved.
Request for quotation is sought for construction of the above mentioned, based on tender documentation provided.
