Period Contract for the Supply and Delivery of Traffic Control Products and Associated Signage

The Contract for which a Tender in accordance with these conditions is to be made shall be on a Schedule of Rates basis, with a rise and fall adjustment occurring at the 12 month anniversary of award.

The scope of the Contract covers the Supply and Delivery of: Traffic Control Products and Associated Signage to Council’s Works Depots at Charmhaven and Long Jetty, as and when required and over a period of up to 24 months commencing from the date of acceptance of tender. A 24 month optional extension is available to the Principal based on satisfactory performance.
