Tender Description

Nationwide Asset Management Group P/L is a leading provider of Facilities Management and Maintenance Service Provider to Government and Private Sector clients. Our continual growth within these groups requires an increase for suitably qualified Sub-Contractors.

We are currently seeking Sub-Contractors to register their interests from all trades to undertake Property Maintenance and Responsive Works across the following regions:-

· Melbourne Eastern Metropolitan
· Melbourne Northern Metropolitan
· Melbourne Southern Metropolitan
· Melbourne Western Metropolitan
· Loddon Mallee Region
· Hume Region
· Gippsland Region
· Barwon South West Region
· Grampians Region

Sub -Contractors required for the following Trades:-

- Carpentry
- Tiling
- Heating
- Glaziers
- Locksmiths
- Concreting
- Plasterers
- Fencing
- Floor Coverings
- Air Conditioning
- Electrical Licensed
- Plumbing Licensed
- Gas Fitters Licensed
- Painters/Decorators
- Appliance Technicians
- Solar Panel technicians
- Fire System Technicians
- Roller Shutter Technicians
- Landscapers / Gardeners
- Cleaning & Rubbish Removal
- Asbestos Removalists Licensed
