Hume City Council invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of landfill gas infrastructure and management service at Council’s Riddell Road Landfill, Sunbury.

Background: Hume City Council’s Riddell Road, Sunbury landfill site is located in steep valleys in the headwaters of Blind Creek (a tributary of the Maribyrnong River). The Landfill has been operated as a putrescible landfill site since the mid 1970s. The site comprises three landfill areas known as Gully A, B and C. Each of these gullies is or was a deeply incised erosion gully.
