An Exciting opportunity now exists to lease the Old Kilmore Town Hall under a commercial lease incorporating commercial rent and terms. Mitchell Shire Council invites Expressions of interest from commercial operators and community organisations.

Possible uses for the premises include tea rooms/restaurant, art or antique gallery and/or book store whilst providing a great opportunity for you to liaise with local artists, or art/community groups to display items/products or even to hold specialized events in the spacious upstairs Chambers. The opportunities for the use are limited only by your imagination and uses that complement the historical nature of the building and the local community are encouraged.
