Eligible community service organisations (CSOs) are invited to submit a proposal for a new residential care service within the Loddon area of the North Division.  The service includes the delivery of a two bed residential care program.

Age range of children and young people will be dependent on placement need.

The successful provider will demonstrate competencies in delivering services to children and young people requiring out of home care, specifically residential care. Service providers must demonstrate their ability to create a healing environment which promotes developmental opportunities to achieve improved outcomes for children and young people living in residential care.

Specialist knowledge and experience in caring for young people with sexualised behaviours and disabilities is also required.

Eligible service providers must be a service provider that is a legal entity with which DHS has a service agreement or is able to enter into an agreement. Service providers must be registered or eligible for registration as an out of home care provider under the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005.
