Printing Services

⁠⁠⁠Fed Square Pty Ltd spends an estimated $60,000 on printing annually and seeks to engage a preferred printing supplier.

Expressions of Interest are invited for experienced printing companies to become Fed Square's preferred supplier of printing services for 2014-15 financial year. Expressions of Interest will be reviewed by Fed Square Pty Ltd and evaluated against the following criteria set:

The proponent's experience in providing similar services for comparable organisations (15%)
Scope of work including unusual projects (10%)
Effectiveness: service/management systems in place (20%)
The ability to prioritise any urgent Fed Square Pty Ltd projects, in order to produce collateral within a very short time-frame (15%)
Value for money while maintaining quality (20%)
Sustainable products and knowledge (15%)
Any other considerations (eg. sustainability, storage facilities etc) (5%)

Fed Square may wish to meet with proponents to clarify their Expressions of Interest and may request additional information.

EOI's close at 5.00pm on Friday 1st August 2014. Late or incorrectly lodged EOI's will not be considered.
