⁠⁠⁠The Department is seeking suitably qualified and experienced parties to collect and report on demographic, financial, usage and other key data on Victorian recipients of concessions for energy, water and municipal rates, to enable the Department to have a contemporary picture of the circumstances of these clients and undertake future research and analysis of this information.
