The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to: Remove and replace roofing on the Cessnock Hospital.
The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.
A mandatory site meeting will be held at Cessnock Hospital, 24 View Street, Cessnock at 10:00 am on 29th May 2014. Attendance at the meeting is compulsory. Tenders received from contractors not in attendance at the site meeting will not be considered for acceptance.
