VicTrack is seeking tenders from suitably qualified organisations to enter in to an Essential Safety Measures - Routine 'Auditing' Program to complete inspections, reporting and provide an 'Annual Essential Measures Statement / Report' (compliance certificate), for each building.

VicTrack's specific requirements in relation to the Scope of Works entail (but is not limited to) -

* Identify all onsite essential safety measures as defined by the Building Regulations 2006.

* Produce an itemised report including photos detailing the areas of non-compliance appropriate to the age of the building.

* Provide recommendations for relevant actions required to achieve compliance appropriate to the age of the building.

* Prepare a document outlining the operational status of the essential safety measures and a maintenance gap analysis of required systems compliance.

* Review the maintenance inspection reports prepared by servicing contractors and compare them against each item in the buildings, to identify if the building is being properly maintained.

* Complete visual inspection of Exit Doors and Paths of Travel.

* Follow up non-compliant items.

* Provide the Annual Essential Safety Measures Statement / Report (compliance certificate) as required under part 12 Building Regulations 2006.

* Provide ongoing review of the site specific essential safety measures manual (detailing maintenance requirements for the items located within the building) to ensure it is being utilised and up kept correctly.
