Kingston City Council is seeking the services of an organisational survey specialist.
Kingston’s requirement is to develop and implement a biennial employee survey that measures employee engagement and the levels of engagement and tracks the level of alignment with major strategic initiatives.
Ongoing employee Entry and Exit Surveys, aligned to the biennial survey and based on key elements of employee engagement, should also be available.
The implementation of Employee Surveys is a strategic and tangible way for Council to demonstrate its commitment to valuing all staff.
As a potential value-add, Council also seeks to explore the provision of a platform to build and administer 360 degree behavioural feedback surveys based on core organisational values and behaviours. The contract period for provision of Council’s survey requirements will be for three (3) biennial surveys including Entry and Exit surveys for this period, with an option to extend for one further survey period.
