Expressions of Interest are invited for from independent catering companies or social enterprises to operate the Monash Gallery of Art café and take advantage of opportunities that exist for after-hours event catering.

The term of this lease is a period of five years with the option to renew. MGA would like the contract to take effect by July 2014. The contract for the MGA Café is with the City of Monash (Council).

Expressions of Interest in sealed envelopes clearly marked 'Monash Gallery of Art Café' must be lodged in the Tender Box, Customer Service Counter, Monash Civic Centre, 293 Springvale Road, Glen Waverley, by 2pm, Wednesday 7 May 2014.

Mailed, late, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted.

Council takes no responsibility for submissions not lodged in the Tender Box.
