Wallan Sewage Treatment Plant Upgrade

Request for Tender The Wallan STP is an operational lagoon treatment system and is located approximately 3 km south-east of the Wallan township. Access to the plant is via Station Street (Melways Map Reference 250 G12).
 
As part of growth within the Wallan STP catchment upgrades are required to be undertaken to ensure continued compliance with regulations. In anticipation of the future upgrade requirements, YVW is seeking
 
The scope of works of this contract is to construct an engineered foundation pad to allow future treatment plant infrastructure to be constructed on. The scope of this contract is to undertake:

* Site Clearing and Demolition
* Any dewatering activity or other works which may be required to enable earthworks
* Excavation and stockpiling of topsoil
* The importation of engineered fill material
* Construction of an engineered fill platform
* Construction of preload embankment
* Monitoring of preload embankment
* Protection of completed earthworks

The removal of preloaded material is not included in the scope of works.
