These works are part of an exciting and high profile park revitalisation project. There has been much community anticipation surrounding the project and Council look forward to a high quality finished outcome.
The work includes the organisation and supply of all labour, materials and plant equipment required to install, establish and maintain all works as shown on the drawings and described in this specification and other Contract documents; it includes, but is not limited to the following works:

* Site Preparation
* Earthworks and grading
* Laying of drainage line
* In-Situ concrete retaining walls
* Gabion walls
* Concrete pavement
* Playground fencing
* New kerbing & crossover
* Asphalting
* Steel edges
* Concrete stairs and associated elements
* Installation of bins and bike racks
* Hydroseeded grass
* Maintenance
