Civil Contractor - Area F2 and Norris Road Civil Works Fitzgibbon Chase

⁠⁠⁠Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) invites tenders for the construction of Area F2 and Norris Road of the Fitzgibbon Chase development, Roghan Road, Fitzgibbon.

The works involve the production of residential allotments to be services by roadworks, stormwater drainage, water supply, FiSH and sewer reticulation.

Area F2 and Norris Road will be constructed as Separable Portions under the contract with Area F2 preceding the construction of Norris Road. The contractor is to provide separate construction programmes for each stage of the project indicating in detail the manner in which the works are to be constructed.
