Tender Description
Council is inviting interested parties to submit an Expression of Interest for the lease of Pool Deck Café at Waves Leisure Centre for a term of 5 years, with two (2) options to extend for a period of two (2) years, at Council’s sole discretion. The Cafe is proposed to be leased to the successful respondent, subject to the terms of condition of the proposed Lease.
