This procurement is for the services to upgrade the City of Melbourne’s integrated Asset Management software (AssetMaster) to the latest version and for the provision of its long term support and maintenance. It is envisaged this latest version will assist Council to meet its Asset Management maturity goals through the use of the improved system functionality.

The Deliverables are:

* Implementation of the latest AssetMaster version (5.70xx), including Billboards, on Council’s new Flexpod Infrastructure (Testing, Training and Production environments)
* Migration of data from Council’s current AssetMaster version to the latest version
* Inclusion (refactoring) of Councils’ existing AssetMaster customisations into the latest AssetMaster version. Council will seek to have customisations re-applied as supported enhancements to the core product.
* Delivery of training and documentation to support the end users in the use of AssetMaster
* Provision of additional consulting and AssetMaster development services as required to deliver the project successfully
* An extendable, long-term support and maintenance contract for the implemented Integrated Assetmaster solution at Council.
