This is to advise industry that NSW Health anticipates seeking tenders for the provision of Othopaedic Trauma. This is a draft document to allow industry the opportunity to comment upon the proposed Request for Tender (RFT) which is anticipated to be released at end January 2014; but this will be subject to further confirmation, and may be altered at NSW Health’s sole discretion.
HealthShare seeks the co-operation of industry in examining this draft response and supplying feedback as to any aspects of the documents that might require further clarity, explanation, or suggested revision in order to allow an open, competitive process that pursues an outcome for the state that delivers the needed services at value for money (in accordance with government guidelines). In particular, tenderers are offered opportunity to provide feedback on the pricing structure, including the pricing variation mechanism.
