This is a quality assurance contract.
All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement.
RMS will establish a panel of Contaminated Site Consultants to provide services as required to manage contamination relevant to the purchase, sale and leasing of RMS properties and to the development, delivery and operation of Roads and Martime Service's assets.
The successful tenderers are to provide contaminated site investigation, remediation, management, and 3rd party auditing services associated with Roads and Maritime Service's activities in NSW. Roads and Maritime Services intends to pre-select up to five (5) tenderers to provide services on properties and Maritime assets located throughout NSW.
Appointment as pre-selected consultant to provide services does not guarantee any amount of work. Roads and Maritime may choose to seek a quote from one or more of the Panel consultants depending on the scope of works and the estimated total value of the project.
The scope of works for the panel consultants is outlined in the EOI brief attached.
