Construction of Orde Hill Reservoir Upgrade Works

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the construction of embankment upgrade earthworks and surface and subsurface drainage works at Orde Hill Reservoir, Mount Macedon.

The embankment upgrade works will involve excavation into the existing embankment, extension of the internal chimney filter, concrete and filter encasement of outlet pipe and removal and replacement of drainage pipes. Civil works include removal and replacement of 250m of asbestos cement drainage pipes, construction of a gravel access road, surface and subsurface drainage and associated pipework and pits.

Tenders are to be lodged at the office of Western Water, 36 Macedon Street, Sunbury VIC 3429, in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Tender No C301/13 – Construction of Orde Hill Reservoir Upgrade Works”.
