Tender Description
Applications are invited from builders, developers, owners, other not for profit agencies and real estate agents for the provision of a building or site suitable for development of MercyCare's proposed central office facility.
Negotiations shall be conducted with three shortlisted applicants. Final selection of a preferred tenderer is anticipated in March 2014.
