Sale of Buildings and Land

⁠⁠⁠Southern Downs Regional Council is seeking tenders from organisations or Individuals to purchase the above property. This property is currently a portion of the former Applethorpe TAFE complex, consisting of 22.1 hectares and various buildings.

Tender documents prepared by Council may be obtained from the Southern Downs Regional Council Community Contact Centres, located at 64 Fitzroy Street, Warwick or 61 Marsh Street, Stanthorpe, or by phoning 1300 697 372.

Regulation 228(7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012, relating to changes to Tenders may be applied.

Tenders must be lodged in the Tender Box of  Southern Downs Regional Council at 64 Fitzroy Street Warwick, by 2pm AEST, Wednesday 15 January 2014.
