AccessCare Southern Home and Community Care Services - Delivered Meals

⁠⁠⁠AccessCare Southern (ACS) prides itself on being a specialist provider of community case management, brokered services and individual planning and support for people who are older and frail, have a disability/disabilities or who have other complex care needs.

ACS also provides support to their Carers. ACS delivers services in the Local Government Areas of Kingston, Bayside, Glen Eira, Stonnington and Port Phillip. ACS receives funding from Victorian and Commonwealth Governments, and is auspiced by the Kingston City Council.

AccessCare Southern is appointing a small panel of Delivered Meals Services to ensure we can be responsive to the diverse and varied goals and needs of our Consumers. This contract is for menu planning, preparation, packaging and delivery of meals.

The aim is to provide tasty, nutritious and well-balanced meals suited to Consumer’s particular preferences and dietary needs, including those who require special diets for health reasons and those who prefer food of a particular cultural background.
