Construction of Grassed Arena at Shepparton Showgrounds

⁠⁠⁠The Greater Shepparton City Council invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the construction of the Grassed Arena at Shepparton Showgrounds.

The works include: -

a. Preparation and administration of quality systems.
b. Site management, supervision and setting out of works.
c. Locations of services.
d. Excavation of the existing surface, reshaping of the base in accordance with the plans and disposal of excess soil off-site.
e. Supply and installation of service conduits and an irrigation system
f. Construction of rock sub-soil drainage system
g. Concrete paving and associated base course construction
h. Construction of new arena area and planting with grass
i. Construction of footings, and assembly and erection of two 30m lighting towers.
j. Any other works as detailed in the plans and specification.

A pre-tender meeting will be held on-site on Monday 13-01-2014.
