⁠⁠⁠Overview

Wellington City Council (WCC) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to complete the replacement of an existing seawall at 287-299 Karaka Bay Road, along with associated enabling and auxiliary works.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Replacement of the existing seawall at 287-299 Karaka Bay Road
  • Completion of associated enabling and auxiliary works
  • Management of stakeholder relationships, including Mana Whenua
  • Management of environmental protection (Ecology)
  • Management of Public Safety

Contractor Requirements

  • Suitably qualified and experienced in seawall replacement and associated works
