Tender Description
Facilities Management services are required to provide comprehensive operation, maintenance and management of QIV’s (10 Adelaide Terrace, East Perth WA 6004) building engineering systems, utilities and associated infrastructure.
The FM shall provide facilities management services for QIV, including the operation, maintenance, compliance monitoring, financial administration and performance management of specified building services, systems and infrastructure. Services shall be delivered to ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the property, continuity of resident services, compliance with statutory requirements and protection of asset value. Responsibilities and service interfaces are outlined in Appendix 1 - Facilities Management Responsibilities.
The FM’s responsibilities shall include the services identified in Appendix 1, FM Responsibilities, including management of interfaces between the Property, the Strata Company, utility providers, contractors and precinct-wide systems. Where an interface or responsibility is unclear, the FM shall coordinate with the relevant parties to determine ownership, maintain service continuity and prevent any omission or duplication of services.
