Overview
City of Townsville is inviting suitably qualified suppliers to propose a secure, scalable Digital Asset Management solution to manage the full digital content lifecycle.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Design, configuration, integration and migration of existing digital assets into the new solution
- Support for administration and system upgrades
- Support for user adoption and growing asset volumes
- Automated tagging and artificial intelligence assisted search functionality
- Multi-channel distribution of digital assets
Information Requested
Responses must show how the proposed solution meets Council's operational, technical, governance, cyber security, data, records, authentication and accessibility requirements.
Suppliers must outline the following in their response:
- Implementation approach
- Support model
- Service levels
- Governance arrangements
- All related costs
