Tender Description
Overview
Health New Zealand (Te Whatu Ora) is seeking a contractor to replace the old R22 refrigerant chiller (chiller 2) at the Oncology building.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Replacement of the old R22 refrigerant chiller 2 with a heat exchanger and pipes connecting to the new chilled water system in the adjacent Parkside building ETP003
- Construction of a new chilled water system from the Oncology building to the Parkside building
- Seismic engineering works in accordance with NZS 4219
- Scaffolding
- Penetrations
- Lifting out of the old R22 chiller through the roof
