⁠⁠⁠Overview

Arafura Rare Earths Pty Ltd is seeking a supplier for package PP002, covering the supply of PTFE lined carbon steel pipe spools for the Nolans Project.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Design and detailing of spooled PTFE lined carbon steel piping in accordance with the project technical specifications
  • Fabrication of spooled PTFE lined carbon steel piping in accordance with the project technical specifications
  • Inspection and testing of spooled PTFE lined carbon steel piping in accordance with the project technical specifications
  • Supply of spooled PTFE lined carbon steel piping in accordance with the project technical specifications
  • Supply of standard catalogue items
  • Supply of special piping items including dip pipes, orifice plates, spacers, spectacle blinds and blanks complete with a PTFE coating
  • Engineering support to provide details on maximum pressure and temperature
  • Engineering support to provide advice on permeation rates
  • Engineering support to provide vacuum ratings at varying temperatures
